Gifts
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift.
Should you wish to contribute in other ways, we will have a wishing well at our venue.
You've got questions,
we've got answers!
Will the ceremony be outside?
Yes! Please bring a light jacket just in case there is cold weather on the day. Early May is the end of autumn, so the evenings may be slightly chilly.
Can I extend my stay at Kingsford before or after the wedding?
Yes. You can book and stay in a room of your choice before or after the wedding. If you choose to book a night before or after the wedding day – you will have the same room allocated as your complimentary night on Friday 2nd May.
What time is check-in at Kingsford for guests staying at the hotel?
Check-in at the Kingsford is 2:00pm, allowing time for guests to place their bags in their rooms and freshen up. We ask that you arrive at the ceremony lawn no later than 2:15pm, in time for the 3:00pm ceremony.
Are there dining options onsite?
Yes, while breakfast is included on all stays, lunch or dinner is also available to purchase at the onsite restaurant. We recommend booking in advance.
Will there be a shuttle to the venue on the day?
As all guests are accommodated the night of the wedding, there will be no need to shuttle to the venue. Parking is onsite for all guests and rental cars, allowing you to drive to the venue on the day. We recommend hiring a car from Adelaide airport for your stay. Please note due to the rural location, no rideshare (Uber, DiDi) is available in the evenings in the Barossa Valley.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
